Interviewed and quoted at least 5 different companies and options for a water softener system and something that would remove chloride and chloramides. Our son has allergies and we were struggling. First let me tell you that Wayne knows his business in addition to offering a great US made product and fair price. Only combo I could find that filtered out the chlorides and softened water in one system without having to replace filters on an recurrent schedule and $$. Eventually the activated carbon wears out and will have to be replenished but that will be about 5 years down the road. For a change this system doesn't seem like it will be disposable, which seems to be the case with most companies, even the very expensive ones. We were so thankful to have found exactly what we needed and an honorable person to deal with. Delivery and installation were on schedule and well performed. Easy process, outstanding price and awesome customer service. Recommend 100% very happy with our system and the service through out.

A Facebook post sent Wayne my way. I couldn't be happier! What a blessed friend I found in him. He wasn't trying to "pressure sell" me on anything, but gave honest advice on every product out there. Even little questions in between to be sure I fully understood while we went through each system. I had to wait for about a month to get my system installed, but what a difference in our water. Prior to having Mr. Mathews installation, I was constantly (almost on a daily bases) dealing with pin hole leaks in my water pipes. Mr. Mathews not only knew what the issues was but assured me he had a fix. Mr. Mathews informed me the issue was due to the PH levels coming from my well water. He assured me that once his system was put in the pin hole leaks would stop. And sure, enough I have NOT had a leak in over three years since the systems has been installed. Aside from the water softer systems he also set me up with a RO system that runs to my sink, Separate Ice maker and Refrigerator. Water task fantastic! What’s even more fantastic you see is that I live in NY state, that’s not the fantastic part but what is that Mr. Mathews went above and beyond to Setup my entire system while visiting family in the area giving the fact that he is from Texas makes his customer service a bar none. My daughter ended up using Wayne @PSC for a water softener system at her newly purchased home after getting bids from 2 other companies in the Houston area. The hard water in that area was starting to stain everything after the 2nd week.. The first company was priced way to high for someone just starting out! The second was priced much lower, but they wouldn't return our voice messages to answer questions. I found Wayne through a Google search, and am glad I did! The pictures of previous installs is what initially caught my eye. The work looked very professional and precision like. After getting Wayne on the phone, he did a great job of educating us on our options! Mind you, I have had 2 systems in my own house over the past 23 years, and I felt like I could teach a college class afterwards. On her particular situation, she didn't want the system draining into the yard or down the driveway, as suggested by the other companies. PSC showed us the option of running the drain line up into the attic to a secondary drain. Wayne and his crew did a fantastic job of installing and demonstrating the new system. Quality materials were used throughout. My daughter hopes to come back later and purchase the reverse osmosis system. Wayne's price was right in between the other bids received, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend PCS because the job we will be done right the first time.
